Talk to the experts

We’ve built our reputation on the quality of our work, and the professionalism of our team, and our expertise leading the way in tree care services.

We believe in always giving a better service than is expected, no matter what the task.

Here at Ringrose Tree Services, we believe in working collaboratively, and never forget that these are your trees, in your garden, and that we’re working to your budget.

While every project is different, here’s how things typically happen:

  1. You call us:

with a question or a problem that needs to be solved, and a budget to do it in.

  2. We’ll ask you a few questions:

to work out what the problem might be, and arrange a time to visit and assess your trees, free of charge.

  3. We check for planning issues:

before our surveyor visits you, again this is free of charge.

  4. Our surveyor conducts a Visual Tree Assessment:

assessing your trees one by one, noting any potential problems.

  5. We write up a quotation:

recommending one or more courses of action. We endeavour to send this to you via email or post within 24 hours of our visit.

  6. We agree next steps and set a date:

this is when the work will be carried out by our team.

  7. Planning applications submitted:

if required, this generally takes six weeks from submission to approval. This is free as part of the project.

  8. We start work:

on the date and time agreed (unless something really major and beyond our control happens to prevent it). We hate being late for anything.

  9. We talk:

throughout the project we’ll keep you informed of what we’re doing and why, so you’re fully up-to-speed and happy with every step of the project.

  10. We clear up:

we go to great lengths to leave your garden as good, if not better than we found it. After all, nobody likes clearing up after someone else.

We look after many of Oxfordshire’s oldest and most valued trees, but don’t take our word for the quality of our work, see what some of our customers have to say.

To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity.
